I want to compliment Tracey Logan and Travis Brown for their excellent costumer service. They have both been a pleasure to deal with, super helpful and quick to respond to my clients needs.
Willnt honor warranty. I have 4month old chair that I am being told by rude service lady I need to pay over $200 to have them come and assess if it warranty claim. It warranty! Means not cost to me anything. You have compulsory collection under the law to assess if warranty claim but no need for the lady on the phone to be so rude. Won't buy again
Excellent Customer Service knew exactly how NDIS charging works. I would Highly Recommend 👌
