RUN A MILE. Will be leaving a very detailed review when and if everything is ever finished. Been going on since Feb 2024. Done through NDIS, but I would never recommend them at all, seems then just take the money and then no service.
Daughters wheelchair assist faulted in warranty period, been in for 10 months and still can’t figure out why it’s throwing codes and locking up. Refuse to fix inside a warranty period. Daughter has deteriorated after not having a wheelchair for this long and now requires major surgery. Happy to claim 30k from NDIS and supply dodgy products. Contacted the assist company and they stated they don’t supply their products to this place and it’s likely a knock off model. NDIS scam at its best
