We went in wanting to order a replacement part for my mum's walker. The two ladies there greeted us warmly and asked how they could help. We explained the situation, and one lady said she had a box of random bits and pieces that might help. While she went to retrieve said box, the other lady chatted to us, and we explained mum was coming out of hospital soon and needed her walker fully operational. The first lady returned, and after a bit of rummaging, she found and fitted the exact part!!! We all celebrated, and when we ask... read more
