We were served by Pete at the Morphett Vale , we were greeted on entering and treated exceptionally well. His knowledge was very helpful. We went back and forth by the phone later and discussed our options further. He was so helpful with measurements for taking it abroad. We finally made our decision and purchased my wheelchair and we are extremely happy. We went to several mobility stores and we loved this store and their brands the most. Thankyou Pete for your outstanding service and help!
Kerrie and the staff go above and beyond to provide friendly, knowledgeable, and caring service. The showroom is always immaculate, welcoming, and easy to navigate. Couldn't recommend them enough!
Kerrrrie Vawser went to no end of trouble to research a specific problem for me relating to a medical bed. She provided me with an extensive list of options and her customer service exceeded my expectations in every way. She is clearly an asset to Independent Living Specialists at the Morphett Vale Showroom and I would definitely seek her advice in the future in regard to independent living aids.
