I’m an occupational therapist, and needed an item urgently for a client, in the busiest time of the year (4 days before the Xmas break). The staff (Daniel) has gone above and beyond to make it happen. Not only he has done a lot of the liaison with the bureaucrats at the plan management, but personally drove to the other side of the city to get me the item ready to train caters in the morning. I am impressed and grateful.
Not sure what happened to the previous reviewers but I had no problems at all. Needed a wheelchair at short notice and was in and out the door in fifteen minutes. Process was simple and quick. The chair is good quality and the rental price is the cheapest I have found. I notice that it is not Leef any more. Maybe there has been a change in management. Give them a go.
Ordered items I needed 1st August to the value of around$7.000. It is now the 2nd November 2023 received 1 can opener by mail pathetic service ! Is it the way to treat older people ? Bad business!!!
Why are the staff called Customer Service Specialist?. My understanding of a specialist is a Doctor who has specialised. An Endocrinologist, Cardiologist, Neuro Surgeon etc. How can a retail assistant be a specialist?. I guess it sounds fancy!.
They need someone to pick up the phone.
