Always happy to see you walk in the door, always friendly, helpful service and the staff are always eager to assist you in any way possible. If they don't have something in store, they will make enquiries and then try to get it here for the customers.
The worst customer service ever!!! Made a special trip there from Cobram to purchase a TENS machine for myself and the young girl who served me had the rudest attitude. When I asked for prices on their electric beds and mattresses she made a point of telling me that she'd have to look it up on their system and how time consuming that would be!!! Apart from me being the ONLY customer in the shop she begrudgingly looked up a couple of prices and literally threw the information at me!!! If this is how they treat their customers... read more
