Communication very poor, non existent and inconsiderate. You are dealing with the elderly, please treat them with a bit of respect, which I would have thought, given the business you are in, would be paramount. It's all very well to blame it on someone else, but you are who I was dealing with, so I expect some form of accountability from you.

Good selection of mobility items. Staff mostly helpful, fairly knowledgeable about stock on floor. Shop here often, if we need to wait to be served, we take our time to look around at everything. Clean, hygenic facilities. Top marks. Thankyou
