Alan fit me in incredibly quickly when I could barely walk, and after a great first session gave me a really comprehensive plan of exercises. Every week he tailored my exercises and I always left feeling prepared to look after myself at home. He gave me a really good understanding of what was going wrong which has significantly reduced my anxiety. Great osteopath and lovely person!
Possible treatment option for FND sufferers yet from what I've heard 3 different types of FND possibly exist mine personally was caused from severe migraines spasms and a broken neck which possibly restricted blood flow. I've also a cyst on the brain and chiari malformation and other conditions they use the term incidental finding on an mri yet an FMRI is needed. Great experience with Alan at Leeds Osteopathy helping me to manage pelvic pain in pregnancy. Supportive approach and helpful resources sent to guide with doing exercises when back home. Particularly felt the manual movements and massage helped. Thanks for your help would recommend.
