She responded promptly to every question I had, which was reassuring and made me feel I was in great hands. She spoke with us in layman's terms and explained everything thoroughly. When she represented my family case in court, she was assertive, direct, and I would have been just as thrilled with her even if the decision hadn't gone our way. I can't thank her enough.

If and when she actually does communicate she will send a single email so she can say she did her job only to then never respond. You will hire a new lawyer and see that she has sent half of the emails she claims to have sent to the opposing counsel, even though your invoice showed more.
