I have used Leeds Glass multiple times and had great results. Sadly our most recent interaction hasn’t been great. I talked to John about a job, got a price and asked him to proceed. Since then I have called multiple times, asking for a response and a plan to make it happen but strangely I’ve been ignored. If this is the way they treat repeat customers obviously they don’t care very much.

I had a replacement mirror attached to the back of the frame. They did a quick, professional, and accurate job. I highly recommend this shop.

Unfortunately it has come to a point where I have to write a poor review. We had given this company every opportunity to provide good customer service and they failed miserably. We began our quest for a replacement window in March this year and have still not received the window, due to errors on both their part and their manufacturer.
