been waiting around a month for b&w film developing. no touching base to let customer know why it takes so long. won’t come back here again.
Reached not long before close up time and met Cassidy who processed an almost 30 year old negative print that was archived.She also popped it up a bit(enhanced)and the print looked just like yesterday(my first car).Cassidy was busy doing something else but got up to help and take her time on it.My job only costed $2.50c for the archived print and wasnt buying any of their stuff but still they she was sincere about it.I am not sure about some negative reviews here but hey to each their own but customer service was top notch!T... read more
Don’t come here for passport photos! Thought they would do a better job than the post office, however when I went to process the passport at Australia Post, I found out the photos Camera House took didn’t even meet the requirements. Teach your staff how to take proper passport photos if you advertise this as a service please! The post office had to take them again. Camera House did give me a refund but don’t waste your time here.
I went into the Camerahouse Leederville store. I have done my research into camera bags as I was ready to buy it then and there and wanted an expert opinon to confirm my purchase. After looking at the bags for a few minutes, I stood at the counter and two employee were talking to eachother so to not be rude, I tried to get them to look up at me, as I didn't want to stop their conversation, but they continued with their work as if I wasn't there. Best photo studio in Perth! We took our newborn baby for photos, and the staff were extremely patient, friendly, and caring. They waited until our baby woke up and never rushed us. The quality of the photos was amazing, and the team did everything possible to make sure we were happy with the results. Their customer service is outstanding, and they truly go the extra mile for their customers. We highly recommend them for newborn photos, passport photos, and any photography services.
