Very helpful for what I was looking for.
We recently closed on our home in Naples that we purchased through LeeCorp Homes. We purchased a lot model. When you do this, you cannot customize like you can with a build to order home. We were fine with that because the lot model was already beautiful. The entire purchase process was smooth. We have had several run'ins with Lee Corp, all of which have been extremely poor. TRUTH I was told " I encourage you to remove this libelous review or amend it to reflect the truth of the situations you refer to." which appears to be a threat to sue. TRUTH My one star review explains it. Your response confirms it.
We used Lee Homes for replacement of our home after Hurricane Milton and they did a fabulous job! They handled the demo with precision and attention to detail. The foundation design and permitting went very smoothly. They worked with our parks leadership team and helped with that approval. Home was delivered on time and set in place by experts on the crane! Overall process was steller. We highly recommend this company and their employees!
I’m not a social media person but for this company I will make an exception. 2024 was the worst year ever. We bought our home in 2021 and Milton took it in 2024. Our neighbors introduced us to LeeCorp Homes and we are so glad they did. Since we still have our home up north we had to do everything remotely. Josh and his crew handled everything from demo to rebuild. They kept us updated with emails, texts, calls and pictures. We couldn’t have asked for more.
