First time visiting. This place is bigger than I thought it would be. Diving boards, slides, & a low level "kids" area makes it easy to accommodate the whole family.
I don't appreciate my kids being told by a lifeguard multiple times tonight "can you please go home so I can go home?". We have a membership we paid for to use during open pool hours. Not professional or kind at all. Very bad look for a business to allow lifeguards to speak to customers like this, teens or not. Some of them are really great and joke around... but then there's ones like this who are just bitter and take their dislike for their job out on families... such a shame!
Very poor experience manager was very rude and many female life guards were also rude. Rules change depending on who’s around not a good experience
