Ramona has been brilliant to deal with! She made what could have been an extremely stressful experience, our decision to break our lease, completely seamless and stress free. Ramona was friendly, warm and empathetic every step of the way. If she said something was going to happen, it did. We also have friends whose properties she manages, and they speak just as highly of her. Ramona is a true professional who looks after both landlords and tenants with genuine care. Highly recommend!
