I love this place! I live over 100 miles away from Leeann's bridal. I have looked everywhere, and i mean everywhere the past two years for a prom dress and have only had sucess here!! The staff is always friendly and helpful. Theres no way I could ever say a word bad about it!
Happy! I had a great experience at Leeanne's. it was the first place I went to and even though it was small, they showed me a lot of dresses that I liked and were so helpful. I found my dress there and got my bridesmaid dresses and tuxes from them. They were so helpful with everything and even helped me find a bridesmaid dress that was just like the one I wanted but less expensive. Let Down At first I thought this place was really something great. The service was great and I felt like they really cared about me. After I purchased the dress, the service was much different. Since I am out of state most of the time, I have limited time around the area. They were not very helpful accommodating to this. It seemed as if they were only looking for the buy and could care less after the check went through. Very disappointed.
Lee Anne's made my wedding dress purchase the most pleasant experience! I went to every bridal store in town and this is the only one that did not make me feel truly welcomed and not just like a dollar sign. I thoroughly appreciated that the staff catered to me, while not pressuring me at the same time to buy a dress that I did not want. Awesome customer service I would have to say that after trying on dresses at every other shop in Fargo/Moorhead i was a bit skeptical of this one b/c it was so small and kind of run-down looking from the outside. Of all the other stores though i received the best customer service here! Right when I walked in the staff was attentive and willing to help me! I ended up buying my gown elsewhere but am definitely going back here to look at bridesmaids dresses. They did have a generous selection of bridal gowns too.
GREAT people!!! Tiny little place, I'm sure they'd benefit greatly from a location change. I've been in there many times and no matter how busy it is you get the same great personal service. They go out of their way to make the customer happy. I found my dress at many different places but I bought it at Lee Anne's because of the people that work there.
Nice store. This is a nice store, small, crappy location, but otherwise alright. They have a decent selection and it is fun to shop there if no one else is in the store.
