Had a very poor experience with Surgery here, had my surgery at the ASC surgery center and though Beacon Bone and Joint are in my network almost all of the services were billed out of network. The staff was extremely unhelpful, took me weeks to even get a call back from the person who was supposed to help even though I stopped at the desk weekly while at physical therapy. Doctor Torres and her team did a fantastic job with our son. He suffered a post laberal tear last year and was out his entire junior year but with their help, guidance and expertise, he is cleared to get back to his normalcy and sports for his final year in high school! From the initial consultation to physical therapy, everything was perfectly aligned and we couldn’t be more thankful for this amazing team. They’ve been extraordinary for our family and our son’s recovery. THANK YOU!
Dr. Torres and her team took great care of me and my knee that needed a (clean-up) surgery. No more clicking noise and I am hopeful I can prolong knee replacement until retirement! Can’t recommend Dr. Torres and her office enough!
Dr. Torres is an amazing doctor, she listens to you, she answeres every question, and explains every detail of your procedure. She and her team, makes you feel like you are their only patient. They are all amazing!!!
