ordered online at 3:10pm. arrived to pick it up at 3:20 (estimated ready time from the app). food wasn’t ready until 3:55. place wasn’t even busy
Ordered online and got to the store 20 minutes later and then waited another 20 minutes while multiple people were served after me.
This location is extremely hit or miss depending on who is working. They used to be good all the time until they had a complete turnover in staff. We always go for dinner and no matter what day we go, there is hardly any food ready to be served even though it’s dinner time, and if there is any, it’s not fresh at all. Unfriendly staff now too. It’s just not the same anymore. I really used to love this place and go pretty much weekly.
Ordered on app for pickup about an hour out. They said didn't have order until I showed them confirmation # then had to wait for them to put it together. I ordered ahead just so I wouldn't have to wait.
The staff are always polite and professional and the place is always clean
