Tried Leeann Chin at MSP Airport—very disappointing. The food was oily, bland, and didn’t taste fresh. We even felt nauseous afterward. Not recommended for a decent airport meal.
Reason there was no wait no line, they closed the bar with no signage or saying nothing to the folks sitting there. The quick serve style Chinese food was doing ok but still ghost town at dinner time compared to everywhere else.
Poor service. Messy and no one cleaning. Food overcooked. A third of the entrees were empty. Cook was just standing in order window picking dirt g dirt out of her nails. Pop spill at cash register where I guess the last of the napkins were used to absorb it, but it just laid there where you had to avoid it to pay. No one cared to clean it up, wipe down dirty tables. Restaurant was pretty empty. Not busy. What the heck???
Great service from Matt today. Very fast and fresh. Will come back next time I am in the city
