Out of all of the Leeann Chin locations that I've been to, Knollwood has always been my go-to location. Why? It's clean, easy to find convenient parking, televisions in the dining area usually tune to sports or the news, and friendly staff. Food quality has almost always been consistent and you get a substantial portion at a fast-food price. I've tried Panda Express and Hy Vee's food court and Leann Chin always comes out on top.
The counter staff Amari was a really patient, professional, and helpful young man. He took his time helping a couple of elderly folks in front of me while they were having trouble ordering and figuring out their order . While doing so he acknowledged me and apologized for the wait. After ensuring that they were taken care of, he offered me a free soda out of curiosity for my time. Overall great to see the amount of care he gave them and then stepped further to apologize to me when he didn't have to.
Food was fresh and service was a 10/10 . Bathroom was also clean, and atmosphere was super chill. loved the experience and if I lived in the neighborhood i would visit often.
