Terrible customer service. It was about 5 p.m. on a Tuesday.i walked in, and there was one customer ahead.Two employees, a young lady (asian), had no name tag standing and did nothing. Later, I found her name was something like a young man who took my order. I was confused as he looked puzzled by the order: 2 Lemon chicken with fried rice with no vegetables( I have a child with allergies) plus one side order of rice. Difficult? Tired of paying for children portions of my favorite dishes. Not sure if it’s just this location but I feel cheated when I leave here. Service is average. Food good but the stinginess needs to end I used to go way more often.
Food was good it's fast food. Just think customer service could of been better. But other than that it was Koo reminded me of panda Express
