I loved the food, and the service was amazing. I always come here when I am in the mall!

This city is pretty nice but this restaurant's service is abysmal. As a college student in a town without a reliable and regular bus system, I can only get food by ordering on apps. So when the pickup driver for my food didn't come for an hour, I called the restaurant just to be polite, inform them of the situation, and ask for next steps. The lady who answered the phone was rude and condescending, and would keep interrupting me while I was explaining that no GrubHub driver had gotten the food. It is in the mall food court. It has a smaller menu than a larger store, but they have cream cheese puffs!
