My daughter had braces put on there. I paid for all services up front, signed a contract and 6 months after they are instalked, i start getting a bill for $650.00. I call up the office manager and she is rude and wont explain the extra charges i did not agree to. The staff was rude to my daughter when she would come back for adjustments. I would highy recommend not going through the pain of taking your child there
Don't take the word of Dr. Walle when he tells you that he will send you additional sets of retainers for free. I paid for my orthodontist work in advance and moved to the UK. I had my braces removed early and was assured that, if I needed it, he would send me additional retainers for free. This is not the case.
