Always helping me with my problems
As long as you are paying the premiums everything is fine but wait until you have a claim. I had replacement coverage and they refused to pay my floor damage. They said my floors were too expensive and they only paid half. What bullshit! Now they drafted money out of my personal account to pay premium for a company that I owned that is closed, is no longer in existance and they will not reimburse me the money into the account I paid them from. Mr. Lee is nothing short of amazing! Always so helpful and informative. So concerned about my needs and always willing to go above & beyond. I am so grateful for him and his team at Lee Verret State Farm. And no, we are not related at all. I was a complete stranger when they welcomed me as a valued customer.
So far ms jenice has been great i just switched over effectively for the 10th of June everytime I have called with a question she has been available with answers to my questions she has also quoted me some great auto/renters insurance saving me $$$$ She has always gotten back with me if I call and she wasn't available.
