I had a very disappointing experience with this doctor’s office, specifically with the receptionist. My father referral was faxed to their office three separate times, yet she repeatedly denied receiving it. On one occasion, without even asking for my last name or any other information, she quickly said, “No, we don’t have your referral.” I left the conversation feeling judged and discriminated against. The doctor herself is very polite and helpful. But the receptionist gave me a hard time.. Tried calling her in July, left msgs, didn't call back. Isn't giving an appointment in Aug now saying you didn't contact in July. And it's urgent for me, not having a timely check up can affect my immigration file.i wish I had gone to some other clinic and not this one in the first place. Now I'm stuck.
Dr Lee was professional and warm. She was very thorough with making sure she understood the problem and then that we understood her solution.
I have been a patient of Dr Lee since 2000 and since the very first visit she has shown nothing but concern for my health. The Dr always listens to what I have to say about any issue I may have and recommends a plan of action. Just recently as soon I mentioned a shortness of breath issue she immediately had me begin testing. The end result was discovering the I needed bypass surgery due to blocked arteries. Probably saved me from some serious problems going forward. Thank you Dr Lee.
