I see that some others haven’t had a positive experience. However, I had a client that was brought home from the hospital on a stretcher. The driver was kind and courteous and didn’t feel like he was in a rush. He took time to make sure that the patient was comfortable and secure while going through the door threshold. He assisted to make sure she was comfortablymoved to her wheelchair.

They did a good job of transporting my sister in a special tilt back wheelchair and were prompt and courteous. The driver had some difficulty positioning it to fit as it was his first encounter with a wheelchair of that sort but he did a good job of making it work safely. HOWEVER be aware of the the way they price their services. We spoke with Lee several times and he was not consistent with his pricing and we ended up paying quite a bit more than the last amount we were quoted for a 15 minute ride under 8 miles to our medic... read more
