While I have been with the Lee Town State Farm Agency for years, the customer service and lack of communication have recently declined. This experience has been very disappointing, and unprofessional. I had to make a switch and I would not recommend services from this agent.
No overwhelming, high pitch sales calls. Very satisfactory and informative email correspondence answering all my questions without feeling rushed. Very friendly and professional associate showing me detailed, and easy to understand documents outlining coverage we discussed.
They are very helpful and straight forward. No confusion. Very happy with my choice.
We are new to this statefarm office but they have already by far exceeded the customer quality service of our previous office! Antonio has been great and we are off to an amazing start! I can’t wait to work more with this office.
