My 84yr old mother booked her car in to have a brake light switch replaced as they advised it wasn’t a fuse issue. My poor mother was charged $41 - $40 for Labor and $1 for a fuse because they made an assessment error and the brake light switch was not the issue, the fuse was. 30 seconds to install a fuse for $40 after she had to book it in and return the next day. Unfortunately two stars. Called to book car in for airconditioning fan fault. Staff member asked if he could call me back in 5-10 minutes as it was busy in the shop. I said that's fine but they never called back.
Hi guys I would like to give the experience with Lee and Thomas, I gave my car to install the bar light, and just connect the reverse camera for my LC 100 all the wiring is there. He only installed bar light only, he didn’t installed the reverse camera because he don’t know how to connect. Then the good thing is he charged me $288 . There no switch had to installed , still they cost me $288. I wound say please never ever choose this store they will steel ur money without doing nothing. The staff at Lee & Thomas are amazing. They diagnosed and fixed the issue with my car quickly, they communicated very well and went out of their way to help. On top of all of that, their fee was very reasonable when I was in a bit of a pickle and they really could have charged like a wounded bull if they felt like it.
Absolutely terrific! Installed a light bar on my old man’s Prado wonderfully. Could not recommend more! 10/10 - He’s stoked.
