Lee has built lovely Seniors Apartments in Porters Lake. Wish we had more builders/developers like Lee!
Poor quality and shoddy workmanship. My Aunt, who is in her mid 70's, hired Lee (who lived down the street at the time) to replace the frame on the main doorway and replace the large wrap around deck. Deck was completed 4 years ago and the door frame was done 2 years ago (2021). The door frame is now rotted and the new contractor, who is today fixing his shoddy workmanship, said it was not done properly, did not use the correct materials and is only cosmetic. Lee is fantastic to work with and does really nice work. Had some railings and balusters installed on my existing stair case and it turned out great.
