Mr. Silver was selected by my counsel. Sadly, despite my counsel's praise for him, I found him grumpy and condescending as well. I question whether he read all the materials as he insisted on telling us he did. I consented to a settlement because my insurance carrier wanted to do it. Despite his experience, I do not think he grasped the issues but simply pushed to a middle ground number with standard risk pressure tactics. I am giving 2 stars because Mr. Lee, technically did his job, but the way he went about it was less than desirable/pleasant. We conducted our 8 hour mediation via zoom and he (in my opinion) physically appeared annoyed the entire time as palm trees swayed in the background. He also appeared to be ill informed on my case and was not impartial at all. He spoke very condescendingly to me and used intimidation tactics toward me to settle stating "there are a lot of people in that other room" etc. I found that very unprofessional... read more
