I had been a patient here for about 7 years. Today I had an appointment and had misplaced my insurance cards. My wife goes here also and uses the same insurance as I do. Long story short, they would not see me today..unless I paid out of pocket. Then she (receptionist) tells me I can make a new appointment...next year. Not sure what happened to customer service but I do know my customer loyalty can be better given to a provider that does not jerk it's patients around. I came in to get a steroid for a rash that I have gotten intermittently for years & instead of focusing on my chief complaint he focused on the IHG cosmetic spots & told me not to worry, it’s NOT LEPRACY and laughed…who jokes about rashes & cancerous spots I came in to get checked with a NEW PATIENT? Not a professional, that’s who! They also called me in a cosmetic ointment & wouldnt assist or even respond to my pharmacies numerous request then ignored my calls to the nurse as well.
