I do not recommend this doctor to anyone who values their physical and mental well-being. Dr. Lee was judgmental and made unfounded assumptions about my health. I felt unheard, disrespected, and dismissed throughout my visit. It was evident that this doctor lacks adequate knowledge and needs to be updated with modern healthcare standards. "I moved to this area to find a new doctor, but the clinic staff have been rude and unresponsive. I called on March 1st to change my doctor. I successfully changed to this doctor in March, and on April 1st, I called to confirm and sent my ID and insurance card. However, they never responded until now. When I called today, they said they received my ID card, and the staff gave me an appointment date of July 10th. What should I think—is this doctor just that busy, or are the staff at fault? I’ve been coming here for 8 years as I feel Dr Lee is a very kind and wonderful doctor. His staff however especially the girl scheduling appts is terrible at imputing the appt in the computer and you show up and they say u don’t have an appt. Drive 15 miles today for bloodwork only to find out the doctor didn’t show up so they couldn’t do blood work …. But nobody called me to let me know. There not very informative to say the least !
He has been my primary doctor for more then 5 years. He has been great primary doctor.
