I was injured 6-27-25 during a regular dental cleaning. The dentist gouged my incisor at the gum line causing a major recession that now needs surgery including a graft. I have a signed referral from one of the dentists admitting fault as verifyable evidence. Steinberg sent someone to meet with me.
