Most aggravating accounts payable experience ever. Get your springs somewhere else. Update: months later I am still getting invoices for springs I did not order and have returned at my own expense.

Worst customer service ever. Despite many emails and phone calls explaining different things, they keep making the same mistakes over and over. I have started an initiative with my design team to remove Lee Sprnigs completely from our specs.
Very reliable and responsive to all requests. Have stock 99% of the time. Website is very helpful as well. Would highly recommend.
