Was scheduled for 1st appointment of the day with an experienced technician, then without notice they changed my appointment to 3.5 hours later with a new technician- which I only found out when I called (after they missed their scheduled appointment time-) I get that schedules can change but at least let me know about it BEFORE the scheduled appointment. Will not use again.
A major shout out to Mario! In one day he fixed a variety of plumbing problems at our two condos: 3 sink & 1 tub drain replacements, 2 valve cartridge replacements, a leaking refrigerator water line, a kitchen sink re-grout. He was friendly and professional. He listened to what we wanted, got us what we needed and introduced us to options we didn't know existed. When he left everything was clean and looking great. I highly recommend Lee &Sons and Mario in particular!!!

Specifically, this is for Jarrod and his assistant (sorry, didn't get a name). These guys were sent by the apartment complex we are renting from. We have been getting a major runaround from management about a couple of serious plumbing issues.
