Specifically, this is for Jarrod and his assistant (sorry, didn't get a name). These guys were sent by the apartment complex we are renting from. We have been getting a major runaround from management about a couple of serious plumbing issues. I had a problem with my water heater that resulted in having no hot water. The error message on the unit indicated an ignition failure. The company sent over a plumber with limited experience troubleshooting. The first thing he did was phone technical support for help. He spoke with a technician, then another, then another, then another, over the course of three hours.
