Had 2 issues with house that were never resolved before year warranty ran out. Poor communication.
A construction company with no morals who puts profit first. Not a single American citizen in their construction crew and no one who can communicate through the English language. Cutting corners to save on their own cost while overcharging the customer. Do not use this company! Buy American!
I cannot express this strongly enough, do. Not. Use. This. Builder! My house will be six years old in January and I am still trying to get them to fix the things that weren’t right on it when I bought it. I have had to put thousands of dollars into this house to make it livable. And it still has serious issues.
