A construction company with no morals who puts profit first. Not a single American citizen in their construction crew and no one who can communicate through the English language. Cutting corners to save on their own cost while overcharging the customer. Do not use this company! Buy American!
I cannot express this strongly enough, do. Not. Use. This. Builder! My house will be six years old in January and I am still trying to get them to fix the things that weren’t right on it when I bought it. I have had to put thousands of dollars into this house to make it livable. And it still has serious issues. Bought my house in 10/2020. Do not use this builder. The communication with getting anything completed is horrible. I am still trying to get my house complete from my year warranty but they go silent or ignore you. I'm talking items that were addressed BEFORE CLOSING. Also, they do not cover the appliances in the house under the year warranty. So, like with my house, they purchased a floor model oven from Metro and the warranty expired before it was even installed in my house. That is so shady and bad customer relations. App... read more
