Hot water tank died Wednesday night. I sent Andrew a text. He had his colleague Jason reach out to me and they were here the next day. Well, they did not have the correct size of hot water tank in stock. They came over to get it working. Came back finished the job by installing a brand new hot water heater. Not only that but they hold the way the old stuff as well as an older one that was down in the basement for a while. Andrew was a pleasure to deal with from the start. We were looking for a new a/c installation, and he gave us a very thoughtful review of our options and a range of offerings from basic to bells and whistles efficiency. He patiently answered all of my questions in the quote process and during installation. We opted for a high efficiency heat pump and are very pleased with the outcome. Installation was performed very conscientiously and I would recommend Lee Side Climate solutions to all.
