Terrible service from receptionists. Said they were too busy, put us on hold for 15mins. Asked us to call back. So we did. Then ignored our questions, probably rolling their eyes on us on the phone. Hung up on us. Elderly needed to clarify some questions they have, very impatient front desk admin. Sounded very rude and disrespectful

Been coming here for years since I was a child. The staff are all wonderful and Dr. Lee is extremely experienced and knowledgeable in what she does. Front reception staff are busy but will go above and beyond to care for you.
