As a healthcare professional, regulator and patient advocate for 27 years, listening to your patient is first and foremost the most important with any new clinic visit. Second to listening is the common courtesy to address the patient by name and at least review the patient records before 1) coming into the room and 2) formulating an opinion of procedural action before hearing patient concerns. Have had nothing but great experiences with this group of Drs. I have a history of kidney stones and they are always very prompt in getting me in and getting me in surgery. Dr Moore done my last surgery and he was awesome. Very friendly. Would not even think about seeing any other urologist

Not happy. Waited in office for an hour before being taken back, Spent another hour in back office. Doctor talked to me less than 5 minutes. Ordered Ct Scan, and cystostomy, and took an act of god to get test results. Have to wait over 5 weeks for consultation and cystostomy. Other problems showed up on scan and almost impossible to get results to other doctor, surgeon. They promised to send results to surgeon and did not. Do not recomend this office, ever.
