Love everything and the staff is very caring and friendly
Being my own advocate for my health. I have to say I am more than upset. I have had low platelets and I guess it is no big deal when my esophageal operation was canceled due to the possibility of bleeding out on the table with 29k platelets. Have been screaming into the abyss. I have structures I can't swallow. That was cancelled in March! Still is it too much to know why? Asked to change Dr. Takes a very long time. What? Rude receptionist that checks you in. My mother goes here and they literally laugh and make fun of her. The receptionist are both blondes. Unprofessional to speak foul on their ill patients that have cancer!!! I wish I knew their names or I'd make a complaint myself!
