Not good!!! Came out,couldn't do the job.said they called an associate company that could hydro blast the sewer pipe because their hydro blast equipment was frozen.the other company was supposed to come out the next day. I waited all the next day until 5:00 and nobody ever came out or called. Finally I called Lee's after hour phone number and finally somebody got back to me.they told me that their equipment was frozen which Leeds me to believe that they never contacted or if the did, they never followed up on their referral.... read more

Our water heater stopped working and we called Lee Plumbing to get a quote for the repair (we already knew the part that needed to be replaced prior to making the call). Over the phone we were told the part would cost $45 plus labor which was $125/hour. The office representative stated that it would most likely take less than an hour to replace that part so we were expecting to pay $125+$45, roughly about $170 plus tax.
