The service sucks DO NOT RECOMMEND EVER. Well my service today at Lee Nissan was not very good. We had an appointment to get oil changed and the tires rotated. We got there right be for 10:00am for our appointment checked in and went into the waiting area. The car set for an hour outside the bay. At 11:00am the finally pulled it in it took 1 hour to do the service. Took my truck in to get a carrier bearing on along with rear traction bars to prevent future wear and tear on bearing. Also had 2 recalls done at the same time. Took them 3 1/2 hours to do just the bearing part and they didn't even do the traction bars?!? Charged 600$ in labor, I feel that I got charged extra for them having to do the recall labor as well but tact it on to my bill for the bearing service. Does this sound right to anyone?
Do not purchase extra service packages from this place!!! You will be waiting at least 3 hours every time you bring it in for an oil change!!! 😡😡😡
