As the listing agent I very much appreciated the regular updates on the buyer's lending process. Very smooth transaction all the way to closing.
I was on the listing side. Lee Nguyen's communication was exceptional. He kept the deal together quickly closing in the time frame stated after another lender blew things up at the last minute. I would definitely consider using him on the buy side especially for VA loans.
JoLynn was assigned to us and made the process seem like a breeze. Kept us in the loop the whole time with zero issues and zero delays. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Side note every recommendation they gave us was amazing as well. (I.e realtor and home insurance)
