We scheduled an appointment six months in advance and her office canceled for no reason except the doctor had suddenly decided to stop seeing new patients. Totally unreliable.

I’ve been going to Nancy Lee for a few years. First off, the office is impossible to reach. Most importantly, I have had thyroid issues for years and Dr. Lee only reads lab work. It doesn’t matter what your symptoms are, it doesn’t matter how you feel, she tells you how you should feel from looking at your lab work, which I am perfectly capable of doing myself. My PCP referred me to this place. Dr. Lee seems to be a good Dr. but it's impossible to reach out to the office. Front desk staff barely picks up the phone during business hours, and your call goes directly to their automatic voice system. Very frustrating, and it looks like I'll be searching for another endocrinologist. People shouldn't spend several days trying to book an appointment in a big city in 21st century!
