Very unprofessional experience. I walked in without an appointment to ask if they had space for a manicure and pedicure. I clearly stated that I only wanted clear polish and a simple manicure. They told me yes and asked me to sit and wait. About 5 minutes later, another woman walked in with her companion, said she wanted both nails and feet done, and they were immediately taken in and seated for service. Absolutely livid! Would give 0 stars if I could! John absolutely ruined my nails taking acrylics off. $20 for them to destroy my nails. They do not care about your nail health, you are just a dollar sign to them. John literally ripped my nails off to the point where I was crying and because I said it hurt, he seemed to get more aggressive with me. My nails are very tender and red, they are very sore.
