The owner was terribly rude to me, lied to me. I have been a loyal customer once a week for over a year. I got my fill with shellac like I always do on Friday by Sunday morning my nails were all stained brown, less then 48 hours after my manicure they were ruined. I went in to have them fixed, which has never been a problem in the past. When I showed him he said he would take care of it next since he was the owner only he could do it or I would have to pay. I called and made an appointment for 11:15 am on a Wednesday. I arrived at 11:10 and they told me Ooops sorry I forgot to write your appointment down mind you I called at 10am the same morning! They said it'll be a 40 minute wait!!! I was livid but I had already drove all the way from columbiaville which is at least a half-hour drive cause no one was available today closer to me. I went to meijers and did some shopping I didn't need just to kill time. I come back at 11:50 and they each have new people but say they are ready.... read more
