Go see Noy at Lee Nails!! She is amazing
Can definitely tell there is a new change in ownership. This salon was the talk of the town and now it will be next to close its doors. Hopefully Kim, Lin or Tommy sees this and addresses the downgrade. Kim is not at the salon anymore nor gives a care in the world obviously which is why I’m guessing her husband is the “manger” A manager who does not understand a lick of English nor has nail skill set. One aggravation after another. 1- when I called in to make an appointment, the guy asked me to repeat my phone number 10 times. Not properly understanding. 2- when I arrived, I introduced myself and the guy who I think is the same guy on the phone, yelled we’re ready! Before I could introduce myself. He was rushing me the second I opened the door. 3- As I was picking out colors, he got up and gave me another set of colors from what I was looking at. Lori is amazing. I have been going to her for years. She always does exactly what I want and my nails look great for weeks. She even deals with my daughter who always has some specific design in mind. She does a great job and is quick so it’s easy to fit it in any time.
