I have gone to this location 3 times in the past 2 years. Today I went in and asked if I could have a walk in appointment. The guy said they were busy now and I should come back around 5:30 pm.I went home and decided to call to secure that 5:30 appointment. The same guy answered the phone and said I could come in at 5:30. I asked if he doesn't need my name to secure the appointment. He said yes, what would I like done, I said a manicure.
