I asked for a fill and polish change on my feet. I spent $45.90 for my fill which is just an overlay on my natural nails with gel polish. I spent $35.70 for a polish change. My receipt says basic pedicure which I didn’t haveget a pedicure. They polished my feet. I will not be going back. I have to go home and clean up my nails and feet. I was really disappointed with my manicure! The polish is uneven and streaky, there are visible bubbles and bumps, and the shaping isn’t consistent from nail to nail. The cuticle work was messy, and the overall finish looks rushed and unprofessional.🫩🫩 they also only accepts cash as a tip & they are not very welcoming.

Terrible experience. I went to go get my nails done for my birthday and chose the salon considering it was close to my home. Wish I had checked the reviews…. Asked for a manicure and pedicure, I had my manicure done while I was in the pedicure chair. I’ve never experienced that before. I guess they didn’t have enough time for me to have them done individually? I was so uncomfortable for most of my experience due to having to have my body turned toward the tech. Horrible Experience. Just go elsewhere, they rush you in/out the chair (I was out in like 7 minutes). Don't respect you, which is clear by their negligent work (scratched up nail bed), or lack therof. Better off, driving a little further, or paying a little more; for nail techs who care about their results.

The guys that actually work in the store that do the nails were OK, even though I asked for them not to be thick or bulky, and they still were. My challenge is not with that the host that sometimes does nails the one that works in the front. She refused to give me her name because I’m pretty sure She Knew this review was about her very poor customer service and I work in customer service so it’s easy to let things slide but honestly, I told her she shouldn’t be working in customer service if she has a nasty attitude like tha... read more
