I have been coming here for over a year off and on. I wont let anyone besides Otto work on me. I am always taken care of, his creativity and attention to detail speaks for itself.
If I can put zero stars I would. I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this salon. I went in on April 2nd for a gel pedicure, and by the very next day my polish was already chipping badly — which should NEVER happen with gel. I gave them another chance and went back on April 6th to have it redone, expecting better results. Unfortunately, it was even worse. Only got a manicure n now I’m suffering from a nail fungus and this pain is excruciating smh never again, I was wondering do I have a civil suit?
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. At first you get a good vibe and then the guy that did my nails nearest to the pedicure chairs had an attitude. I gave him an inspo and he did NO WHERE NEAR what I asked for. I even asked him if he can fix it and he ignored me. They were so bad that I had to repaint my own nails. Horrible service overall and weird. AND YES THIS IS THE NAIL SALON IN THE MALL.
