They don’t take the time to understand you before they start working. Not even close to what I wanted and they refused to fix it. They are cute but NOT what I paid for. Yes I showed her the picture of what I wanted. Screenshot is what I was supposed to be getting!! I paid $80 for this!! It’s been a week and one already fell off completely, taking most of my natural nail with it!!!!
Very rude older heavy woman who tried to price gouge Will not be back
Called several times was told to call back to speak to manager. The same rude man answered every time. All he said was yes, yes yes, to everything, I said what about manager, he said he was and hung up. Simple question do you have anyone that would do an in home Senior Pedicure. Again he says yes then I said when can I make an appointment? he said come in tomorrow...what a Joke
Thankfully, they were open, hard to catch them, but always satisfied
