I will give this place 1 star because Mandy at the front desk was professional and well spoken. I had my Acura TL towed in after a long weekend at Mount Airy Casino. I have been rebuilding transmissions for over 50 years. This car came in with 275,000 plus miles on it. I believe this is the second transmission in this car. Yes the axle was not fully engaged in the transmission. On examining the axle end and the differential gear inside the transmission there was obvious wear/damage debris. Normally axles just don't pop out from hitting a bump or pot hole. Or the roads would be cluttered with disabled cars on the sides of the road. I honestly can't remember the last time I liked and believed in a mechanic so much that I would actually recommend them to others. I broke down on a holiday weekend and needed me vehicle to get back to North Carolina. Lee Myles went the extra mile by working late to replace my transmission and get back on the road in days not weeks. When I got home I had the transmission checked out and everything is good. Thanks
