Morgan provided excellent customer service and was not pushy or constantly calling. She assured me that she was there when I was ready to purchase my next vehicle. She answered all of my questions and made my purchase one of the best experiences ever. And Jeremy in service has always made me feel like a friend and is interested in me as a person and not a number. He is so down to earth and kind. Between Morgan and Jeremy I will make Lee Ford my first stop for service and sales.
Our experience was outstanding. Our sales person was knowledgeable, caring and made the process seamless.
Abby was wonderful!! From start to finish she was super helpful!!! She listened and got us the deal we wanted! Highly recommend seeing her!
Hands down The Best Ford dealership to take your Bronco etc for recalls etc. Ask for Katelyn or Chris, or even the manager. They’re all honest, personable and top notch! I love that this place sends you a video of what they did, and even then checking the thread on your tires etc etc - at no cost! Thats pride in company right there. They go the extra mile and are honest, not like the other Ford dealership in Apex! I will definitely be driving an hour to take my vehicle there again.
