Amazing customer service. Honest, friendly and accommodating
Took my 2015 Lincoln MKC to Lee Ford for servicing…dead battery. (They even offered to pick up my car, but that wasn’t necessary.) Even though the Service Department had to order the battery, it was serviced and delivered to me by 10am the next day! As always, 5 star service!!
I was on the road traveling. This was the closest Ford dealer to repair my vehicle. The problem was a wiring harness and it cost me $630.00. . they took very good care of me in a timely Manner. Very nice people. I complained about the price and the general manager called me and explained everything they did which took longer than I thought to replace the wiring harness. Lee Ford personnel were very accommodating because I was traveling. The service people were very nice to me. However, the Ford dealership did not stock a coil wire. I had to wait several hours. Also, I was charged $630 to replace one coil wire that could have been bought for $20. I feel that with prices like that, they are ripping off the public.
I've used the ford dealership with the maintenance of my 2007 and now 2022 ford explorer. they were very courteous at all times and treated me like family. Even learned and remember my name...mega points.
